We run workshops on critical management decisions, applying tools from The GM's Toolkit.  The peer interaction is essential to learning how these tools apply to your situation.  Our 10-step general management training program is an affordable and effective alternative to an MBA. 

We also provide one-on-one coaching for mid-career managers who want to round out their skills and knowledge or tackle a specific problem or project.

APPLICATIONS & SYSTEM

Our tools work for large and small decisions in every sector. Some complex challenges need several tools:  succession planning might require the Table of Priorities and the Five-Year Look, followed by the Management Self-Assessment which would, in turn, tee up the Project Planner and Projects Summary. 


PUBLIC WORKSHOPS

See our Events page.  We run annual workshops on our introductory tools: Table of Priorities, Question Map, and our 1-Page Project Planner, among others. Non-members are welcome.

FRANCHISEE or OEM DEALER TRAINING
As a franchisor or OEM, your success correlates 100% to how your franchises and dealers are managed. We can run an energetic, interactive workshop at your conferences to introduce the Center’s standards and tool: Get everyone speaking the same language, helping each other raise their game! We might start with a pilot of the Table of Priorities or run the Question Map in short, facilitated group activities.




CEO ROUNDTABLE INTENSIVES

We run semi-annual intensives for senior leaders.  These sessions are unique:  a peer delivers a 15-minute setup for a facilitated discussion (at tables of five) of 3 provocative questions.  Topics have included:
